Timeline window doesn't open when pressing "timeline" button

Running iClone 8.12 Trial on Windows 10.

When I hit the "timeline" button, the timeline window doesn't open.
The only way to get the timeline window to open is to go to workspace->animation.

OS: Windows 10

For future generations: The cause of the problem was having monitors with different "scales" in Windows Settings. Two were at 125% and one was at 100%. When I made them all 125%, the problem went away.

I haven't seen any updates on this and it's status shows "not reproducible."

Does this indicate the ticket is closed?
