On my initial startup of iClone8 (and several times after), I am receiving an error saying “The character does not have proper Motion Director settings. Please check the settings in the Motion Director Control Center.” and will NOT allow the program to start. I cannot get to the MD settings if I am unable to get pass this error screen. Secondly. There is no “character” in the project because it hasn’t been opened yet due to this error screen.
Thanks for your reply. I discovered last year that it was due to my PS5 controller being plugged into my system. Once I removed the usb from the port it was resolved.

This happens when you try to download content from Character Creator at the same time you give the order to download it from Iclone
