Issue 8970
Some morph slider are purple with a watermark and one-click activation failed if I try to activate the entire library in order to solve the issue
Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Open any avatar in CC4.1
2. Try to change any purple morph slider

Actual Result:
A watermark appears in view port

3. Try to solve this issue and try to activate the entire library

Actual Result:
A message appears: One-click activation failed, please check your internet connection

But my internet connection is working without any issue.

Further steps.
1. I tried to uninstall and reinstall CC4.1 via Reallusion Hub and I have Administrator privileges with the same resulting error. All the other Reallusion applications are working without any issue, e.g. CC3, IC7, iC8, 3DX7, CA4 etc.
OS: Windows 10

Hi sagittarius1,

Sorry for the late reply.
Activate the entire library will check all contents from your template folder, it won't effect the contents that applied to viewport already.
If you want to activate content on viewport, please click Activate Purchased Items.

And, according to your attached image, please try to uninstall CC & IC from hub again, also delete the Reallusion Template folder manually, then try to install both APs and contents again.
