There is an inconsistent issue occurring in iClone 7 when soft cloth physics is activated.
When I run the previewer in iClone, the physics simulation will start, but about 100 frames in, the program will freeze and I will get a memory unreadable error message and I am forced to close the program.
This issue occurs with any project and with any amount of physics simulations. The projects I am working on do not even have that many physics-activated elements in them.
I have also reproduced the error while monitoring my system performance and I confirm that the RAM is nowhere near full when the error occurs. The VRAM is also not full. Neither my CPU nor my GPU gets above 25% usage during project editing. Temperatures in both the CPU and GPU are also stable.
Since my hardware does not appear to be the problem, I can only conclude that there is a bug in the program.
Hi jgooden,
Once crash, try to find the dump file under:
Step1: When the AP crashes, please do not close the crash dialog
Step2: Open the Task Manager
Step3: Click the "Processes" tab
Step4: Right-click on the "iClone 7 AP"
Step5: Click the "Create dump file"

Hi,
Could you please try to update the graphic driver to see if it still crashes?
Thanks,
Joanne
