I've enjoyed using CC# and now CC4, but I do have some issues with the shaders on import. All of my clothes and accessories work fine, but the CC Base Body model ends up with misaligned shaders. Some of the materials are correct (e.g. Head, Eyes), but others have to be offset on all the maps to get them to realign (all the materials for arms have to be set to X -2, while legs have to be set at Y -2).
I'm using CC 4.21, CC Importer URP 1.2.7, Unity 2012.3.15f1.
