1. Sending Character from Iclone 8 to CC4. (Note CC4 is NOT open).
2. Pop up message appears - ("Certain installed items have received updates. Would you like to retrieve these updates and refresh the Content Manager. Yes/No").
3. A few seconds later the Character loading pop-up appears and stays at 0% due to the pop-up message in step 2 needing an answer.

It is impossible to answer the pop-up in step 2. as the loading pop-up is taking precedence hence the only way to get out of this lock-up is to close CC4 via Task Manager in Windows.
