Right click in the timeline should not move the cursor
For example, if you want to use the "break" option you have to put the mouse exactly on the timeline bar otherwise the break will not take effect where you wanted it to be.

In general the right click should only be used to open menus or dialog boxes and should have no effect on the timeline.

deactivate "auto-align playgead" does that, but doing so we are losing the possibility to jump anywhere in the timeline by clicking on the flags. No great either.
