Reporting two new actions. So far 3 scenarios consistently work. 1. I think it is an Iclone 6 problem with new created props because the props respond to the gizmo in "City elements - Old western town" in Iclone 6.42 2. I also found a mouse and used it instead of my Windows 8 mouse pad and the externally attached mouse worked. The red/green arrow had a delay and my just be a non-level surface but I never ever got a response before. The blue arrow has always worked like a champion under all conditions. 3. As always, I reported only one other scenario under which it works. If my prop is at a distance it works, close up only blue arrows move the prop.

In order for us to fix the issue, we need to be able to reproduce it. For this we need a precise description of what you did so that we can clearly follow your actions and recreate the same situation.

1. Click the product’s icon on the Desktop or Start Menu
2. Wait for it to launch
3. Navigate to Content Manage > Project
4. Select a random project and click on “Apply”
5. See whether that project can successfully be applied
