'Real Hair' seems to crash Iclone 8 when rendering

Iclone 8 was crashing near the last frame when rendering, so I started removing elements from the project to figure out what it might be. Someone suggested in a post it could be the hair. I removed the hair and it rendered fine since. I went a step further and figured out it was more specifically 'Real Hair' that seemed to be crashing Iclone 8 when rendering.

This seems to be a bug that should be looked into. I attached the error message that I was getting at the end of the render.

OS: Windows 11

Hello Molly,

I did what you suggested and deactivated the Physics (starting with just the Real Hair part of Chic Bun Medium) and that seemed to solve the problem. So far, no crashes since. I guess that was the real cause. Thanks.

Hi Genursus,

Please pick the hair and go to Modify panel,choose Physics tab and uncheck "Activate Physics".Then Render it Again.Please let me know the result.Thanks.
