Purchased items not appearing in Character creator 4
I've just purchased the Hair Builder asset for use in CC4, I've tried logging in/out of both the website and the Reallusion Hub but the content is still not showing in the CC4 content manager (which I've refreshed many times)

same issue. about 1/3 of my purchases since 11/01 will not download. I'm losing money because I cannot complete custom items that are requested...

I'm having the same issue as issue 9228.  I've followed the instructions, downloaded an installer, refreshed pages, looked in the hub and under hair, skin etc.  but my order doesn't seem to appear to be added to character creator?  The purchase instructions from the receipt lead one to the online account that leads you to your character creator installation but there is nothing new there?
