Purchased items like 3D VFX - Virtual Studio Vol. 1 & 2 can't be downloaded for iClone 8

Hi I bought the 3D VFX - Virtual Studio Vol. 1 & 2 for iClone, but can't install it, saying " please install iClone first.", is it because it doesn't support iClone 8? Strange normally software is compatible downwards.

OS: Windows 11

Hi anyvictor,

In IC8/CC4, the Smart Gallery is integrated into the Content Manager and called Smart Content Manager. Basically, the user can't install content via the Downloader (installcontent.rlcontent), nor the legacy .exe installer. This can only be done through the Smart Content Manager.
