Program crashed in stage mode and does not enter composer mode

After upgrading to version 5.11, the program crashed in stage mode and does not enter composer mode. I open and close the program and it does not present the options to enter the composer mode.
The sidebars and top bars are also locked.

OS: Windows 10

Hi,
Try to click windows (top menu) >> Restore (click twice)
I think the issue will be resolved.
