- Load any CC3+ Char - Use any Pose - Open Edit Motion Layer - Copy Pose - Add a few keys for a short animation - At the end Paste Pose - You will note that the char is not in the copied pose, it will jump to an offset position (Note:This Offset can not be seen in the transform panel and there does not seem a way to correct it properly)
Saving the start pose to disc and instead of using Paste Pose from the Edit Motion Layer Panel, reload that at the end of the animation also results in a slight offset.
Hello K_Digital,
Thank you for reporting the issue.
Please check the character's position and which control point is currently selected when using Paste Pose or Apply Pose.
Both of these factors can cause a discrepancy between the character's position in the subsequent pose and the previous pose.
If you want to ensure that the two poses remain in the same position, you can open "Expand/Collapse Property" of Edit Motion Layer. From there, you can directly adjust the control point's translate.
You can release the constraints on other parts, and then adjust the Hip's position. This will move the entire character to the specified position while maintaining the same pose.
Thank you.
Tina
