Poor response in the viewport when using a pen tablet
When clicking on objects placed in the viewport using the Wacom Intuos Pro, click recognition is very poor.
When 'Windows Ink' is switched on, the viewport becomes more responsive, but the slider is less responsive instead.
Also, tooltips no longer appear when the cursor is hovered over an icon.

Sorry for the late reply.

When we checked again, the slider did not become less responsive with "Windows Ink" on.
It seems to be due to another cause. Sorry about that.

"Windows Ink" is switched on, tooltips are not displayed.
"Windows Ink" is switched off, Viewport becomes less responsive.

It seems these are the only issues.
