I wonder RL hasent learned from a CT5 bug i have reported long time ago. Exactly the same now happens to CC4.4.
Ealier versions do not show this misbehave.

Pack Thumbnails are not shown in content manager.

Reason:

CC44 expects wrong path. See blue marked path in screenshot. ( %5C instead of \ which points to a wrongly encoded url )
