Out of Memory error
I am trying to load an FBX into IClone 6.5 3D Xchange. The file I am trying to load is from DAZ 3D it is called The Warehouse. While in Xchange the program stops and gives me an error. I tried several times sometimes I get a memory error. I tried on 2 different machines. one has 16 gig of memory and the other has 32gig of memory. Do not know if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong. Need your assistance thanks in advance.
OS: Windows 10

We tried to verify the issue you mentioned on 7/26/2016 and found a similar issue, please see screenshot (Out of Memory verified 2) for more details.

Hi ccsmith1 & kplatt,

We've received the FBX file kplatt sent and loaded it to 3DXchange v6.5, but the result is also positive. The character could be loaded and no error message like "Out of memory" displayed (For more details, please see screenshot - Out of Memory verified 1).

As ccsmith1 has mentioned, loading the FBX of The Warehouse to 3DXchange could cause the problem. Therefore, please provide the FBX of The Warehouse to help identify the exact issue.

We tried to reproduce the issue you mentioned and imported a Daz character over 65,000KB to 3DXchange, but the result was positive.

Could you please upload the FBX file via Dropbox, Google Drive or other cloud hard drives?
