Recently I lose resolusion when scaling. It didn't happen before. Sometimes it says 100% vectorized, but lately it doesn't even say so. I also made a short video of this: I used the livingroom SCENE file of CTA5 so you can be sure it's the right pixel values.
By the way, I updated the version to 5.23 not long ago.

Is your Prop an SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)?
If it's a bitmap, it doesn't support smooth edges and smooth color gradients when scaled.
