Look forward your sitcom. Molly Reallusion
Hi Molly, Yep, I've just checked it with another recording and everything is back to normal. My frustration is gone. I can now go ahead and work on the first sitcom done entirely in 3D. Thanks Antonio
Hi alioth74, I'm glad to hear it.But you also mentioned "upload audio file" last time, did you hear sound when import audio file to iClone now? Molly Reallusion
Hello and thanks for the feedback. I managed to solved the issue, finally. Measures I took were a bit drastic. I reset my computer keeping all my files but getting rid of all my programs. I installed back Iclone 7 and make sure the audio settings in windows 10 were properly adjusted. In "advance sound options", under "sound settings", I have chosen the Iclone app volume and set it up to the audio hardware, in this case Focusrite Scarlett. It was as "default" but I changed it to the external usb audio mixer from the dropdown list. Weird thing is that audio did sound perfect on any single app being in default but not in Iclone. It may be that the default option does not work properly and it needs to be changed to the specific sound device to work. I hope it helps others this "dig in" solution.
Hi, Please try to check these settings: 1) Double click the sound clip in timeline, check the sounds settings (please see attached image 01) 2) Check the volume settings in Play bar (Please see attached image 02) If there is still no sound coming out, please upload this project to cloud drive and share link in private comment. Thank you.
