The arrow keys only work when you click the timeline but should work globally to jump between frames. If they don't, whats the point?
When you animate sprites or facekeys or transition curves or literally anything, you need to be able to move in time at any place in the app. It's really frustrating having to click into the timeline over and over and over again, just to jump one keyframe further. That's not efficient at all and a design flaw.
Also, there should be a combination of keys like shift+arrowleft or arrowright, that jumps 10 frames left or right.
