At one point Motion Live was working without issue in iClone 8.33 on my msi laptop gaming computer in conjunction with Character Creator 4. Without anything changing, now when selected the dialogue box for Motion Live it will not appear. I've checked the Reallusion Forums and this issue has a history that goes back more than five years.
I've uninstalled the plug ins and uninstalled and reinstalled iClone 8.33. I've also rebooted the computer and software many times. I finally bought another computer and Motion Live works fine on a new computer. However, without having to duplicate all of the software on the original computer iClone 8.33 should be working on it as well. I have a lot of money invested in the Reallusion pipeline and hope to continue using it now and in the future.
Is there a solution to Motion Live not working beyond uninstalling and reinstalling iClone 8.33? Thank-you.
