Missing Motion Profiles on Character Creator 4.21 and Iclone 8.21

I am trying to import mixamo animation into Character Creator or Iclone, and I am missing Motion profiles.
I am basically missing all the Motion Profiles except for the Roblox ones.
This issue was created after I have updated to 4.21 and 8.21

OS: Windows 11

wow. this literally just happened to me too. the dropdown is now empty and it has always had mixamo/rokoko/xsens/perception, etc

Does this issue still occur ? 
If you can reproduce this issue, please update your iClone version and try it again.
If issue still exist, please send your mixamo animation fbx to us, so that we can identify this issue properly.
