Measuring Tool
Minor request: A tool to scale your character or get a measurement of how tall said character is in real world units or at least to say that one unit in CC3 is equal to 1 meter or something and get the height of your character that way.

But not an object. It seems to give fairly random info on objects.

Adding my voice to this - this is an extremely useful tool for anyone doing work with mocap.

Hello. I'm working with a mocap suit and I find the same issue.
Knowing the exact measures or the character has a direct impact in the animation so you need to meassure your characters. Something as simple as being able to draw a simple line with cms in the CC3 preview editor would be a great help.
I think after more than three years of this thread, it is something that should have been implemented, hasn't been yet?

is there a way to set measurements, for example, below are what I put into the MoCap system for my actor. Can I use this to make a character their size?
Height.............180
Foot Length........31
Arm Span...........180
Shoulder Height....140
Shoulder Width.....36
Hip Height.........96
Hip Width..........35
Knee Height........53
Manus Length.......40
Can I use this to make a character their size?

It is possible to see just how tall a character is if you select "Info" under the Display Settings in Preferences. You can also choose to have the size shown in cm or Ft.

See the attached screen shot.
