Issue 11601
Look at Camera feature not responsive
Character/Blendshapes were created in CC4 and likeness was created using Headshot and exported as an iAvatar for iClone8.5 with default settings (no LOD's). After bringing it into iClone and selecting the "Look at Camera" option with the character selected it does nothing regardless if a new camera (linear or orbit) has been created or not.

The "Look at Camera" button flashes green momentarily but nothing happens, there is no option to select a camera and the "Look At" field is disabled as is the selection dots (...). I am able to change the slider values for the weight of the Head/Body but they do nothing either and no keys are created so they are not persistent. All other options pictured behave the same and do not affect the character in any way, but note that the "Body Axis Weight" sliders are disabled.

If I attempt to use the "Pick Target" option a box appears around the cursor and while I am able to choose a cube in the scene the mesh only flashes brightly for a moment but no link is established between the character's eyes and the object and the field and selection dots (...) are still disabled.

I have tested both options that this feature provides (Look at Camera and Pick Target) with the default Kevin character and it appears to work as expected, so am unsure what it is about this particular character that is not allowing the feature to work since there are no errors or feedback of any kind.

I am following the steps as described in the documentation with no luck. Any help would be appreciated as I am hoping to use this feature, thanks.
