(This is now fixed it was AVG firewall, please put somewhere that firewalls can block the connection to save time of others please)

My kinect works with the kinect mocap plugin Xbox one v1.0, shows skeleton and calibrates.

I have followed the instructions calibrate in xbox plugin then open iclone 7 add a character then device mocap but I am unable to click preview or record and connect fails.

I have downloaded kinect studios and kinect sdk and updated everything to the latest versions.
Also updated kinect in device manager.
