Hi, Thank you for your report. The issue will resolved on the next patch. Steven Wu
After playing around for a few more hours i found out you need to select "Hand" in the layer manager first, then open the Sprite Editor and add a Hand there. Donno why its not possible in the layer manager. I guess it has intentionally to do with the Hand Subsprites. Good day to you all
Ive been trying to follow that video manual for days now but i gave up. The video tut is for an older CTA and cant be used for CTA5. Unfortunately the video doesnt explain how to use the Sprite Editor in this concern so i had to guess with no success. CTA5 seems to be work completely different , please have a look at the two images attached. When loading an image like described (arm) in the video a new arm layer is created, but the hands in cta5 seem to be treated differently. Selecting "hand" (see images) does not allow to load an image. The manual wasnt a help either uner "Layered Body Parts Replacement" because it describes loading a method with a "layered template bone character" and not with that dummy from the video. Then sprite editor is explained I find this very confusing.
