Issues with Motion Live for Perception Neuron
I am experiencing multiple issues with Motion Live for Perception Neuron. The motion data from the thumbs is behaving strangely and does not match what I see in Axis Neuron. Additionally, there appears to be no way to filter data per joint, which is highly frustrating given the severe bugs present in both Axis Neuron and iClone.

In iClone, the captured motion keys from fingers are hidden within the application. What is the reasoning behind this design choice? This system feels entirely unusable, especially considering its bizarre high cost for the Motion Live Plugin. How is this possible? Please explain.

I use the latest version of the Axis Neuron app, and have all the latest updated for all Reallusion apps n plugins? What is "neuron profile is v1.03", what do you mean, what profile???

You can find out the version of Perception Neuron profile in Reallusion Hub.I use Perception Neuron v1.03,the thumbs looks fine.

In this case, I used the example motion capture file "Tristan30Neuron," included with the Axis Neuron app, which provides full capture data, including finger movement. I applied this data to the Ivonne character.

However, there's a major issue with the thumb root bone. I had to manually remove the data from the thumb root, and while the result is somewhat acceptable, it's still not ideal.

Why isn't there a filter, like the one used in body capture, to filter out specific joint data during the capture process? This feature is essential and should be fixed as soon as possible on the Motion Live Hands/Finger plugin

If your neuron profile is v1.02,please update to v1.03 and try it again.If your neuron is v1.03,please provide your neuron motion  file to us,and attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
