Well... some bad and good news... My Windows had a corruption and I couldn't login or repair the HD so I did a fresh install. It might be several issues maybe the drive was corrupted, motherboard or Windows and interfered in the proper function. So at this point I can't try your suggestion because with a fresh windows install, this time Indigo did install correctly. The fresh Windows install I did previously was the Windows media creator that allowed me to install windows fresh but keep programs and files so ultimately it really points to a software conflict, some program or maybe codec pack. I saw that every time iClone launched with a project that contained videos as texture or prop "LAV" decoder would load.

I also recently tried installing the RT version and it still fails causing iClone not to start! Is there any update on this? were now in the last month of the contest!
