Hi benliuhai,

When clicking the 'Add Gear' button, there should be a drop down menu shows all the profiles you installed. Have you installed any facial profile?
The MotionLive need profiles and gears to do the mocap.
You can find more information about profiles and gears here: https://mocap.reallusion.com/iclone-motion-live-mocap/gears.html
For the facial mocap, you will need either iPhone profile or Faceware profile.
