When holding down Ctrl and scrolling up/down with the mouse wheel, the timeline will scroll left and right. But the current amount is scrolls is extremely high. It seems to scroll an entire window's width with every tiny increment of the mouse wheel. This makes it difficult to precisely center the Timeline around the content you want, and it makes it difficult to navigate the timeline, because the jumps are so large and jarring.

I'd suggest either toning this down a bit, or allowing another modifier key to additionally be held to adjust the scroll speed. Best would be a preference for how quickly to scroll.
