Head of avatars often glitch when spotlight linked to head

These are primarily on iclone 7 projects brought into 8, and will be intermittent on render, a second render will sometime work and there is no glitch, so its not the animation. There is a lot of glitchy heads when scrubbing through the timeline when spotlights are linked to the avatars head.
