GoZ will not reimport to CC4

CC4 gives me this error when trying to reimport a facial morph
this happens when using GoZ AND GoZ All

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Zbrush and Character creator 4

Also.

I am using Maxon Zbrush 2023
NOT Pixologic 2022
not sure if it matters but just in case

OS: Windows 11
