Filename of saved project does not appear in title bar
When saving a project, the file appears in the Content Manager, but the filename does not appear in the title bar, only a "*". See attached screen shot.

A "*" WITH a filename indicates that the file needs saving, but this useful feature is now not available because the "*" (without a filename) is always there, even after saving the file.

This bug can easily be reproduced by saving any project.

GPU: Nvidia GTX 1070 with driver version 399.07.
OS: Windows 10

So I tried again and the behavior is now different but still wrong.

1. If I load a project, the filename appears in the title bar with a "*", even though the project has not changed.

2. If I create a new project and save it, the filename in the title bar remains "Default.ccProject" (with a "*"). Even if I force the new file name by doing a Save as, the filename in the title bar does not change.
