Want：Can you tell me how to uninstall headshot-plugin completely. I want to buy this plugin, but it failed to uninstall or install.

Background：This plugin has been installed by a exe which from unofficial website, but it reports error series number when I open。

Problem：

When I want to uninstall, Reallusion Hub just prompts me that the plugin can be reinstalled after uninstalling.
When I downloaded the exe from https://www.reallusion.com/character-creator/headshot/download.html and executed it, it told me that it had already been installed.
Now these two problems are in an endless loop. Do I have to reinstall the system to use the CC4 software I just bought?
