Issue 7547
Failed to open file
It is an iProject. The scene is 4 musicians, two of which are guitarists and I had been working on their hands playing the instruments - so a lot of trial and error, as well as testing out DOF with a camera and particles (light possibilities). It was, time wise, way ahead of the version I had previously saved so would be nice to rescue some elements. The thumbnail to the file is complete and the 'failed to open file' error message appeared at 70% through the loading process. My system is not horribly powerful and contents were possibly pushing the limits, so is there a way in to switch things off?

Hi, the current issue was, as I thought, very poor information given on the Marketplace. I have resolved it for my needs but still annoyed by Maxstudios, the producer of the product.

I don't understand why I am getting this now. The problem was back in January! I now have a problem with CC3 but I don't think that is hardware - just being misinformed!
