Failed to open Application
Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Launch Character Creator 4.4.

Actual Result:

1. Application starts to boot up (Small Screen saying 'Please wait');
2. Small Boot Screen disappears;
3. Nothing happens afterward.

Expected result:

1. Application starts to boot up (Small Screen saying 'Please wait');
2. Small Boot Screen disappears;
3. Application opens up.

For a test you could check if your PC is connected to the internet.I discovered very long loading times as well (CC4.2 and lower) when no internet connection is established.
