Since I uninstalled my old version of zbrush and installed a later version which I place in a different path, I clicked the button Face Tool, there will be a warning "can't find zbrush". I placed the Face Tool Data Folder and zsc file in Zplugs64 in my new version of Zbrush folder but when I tried to use it in Zbrush, a warning "Json no Found" would appear. I doubt that the Face Tool still remained the old path of the Zbrush version I had uninstalled.
So does the Zbrush Pose Tool, I have tested it too. I couldn't export any project to Zbrush. Weirdly, I can use GoZ function normally. It had the similar problem that it failed to export project to Zbrush at first, but after I refined the config file locates in Resource/ICGoZbrush, I can use it as before.
Reinstalling Can Not Solve This Problem. As I observed, after the first time I installed the plugin from Reallusion Hub, no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled it, this problem still existed. I made an experiment, I deleted some files in a plugin folder (of course I copied them before) and after I reinstalled it, I couldn't find those files in the reinstalled folder. So I guess, when users "uninstall" a plugin from Reallusion Hub, the files are just copied and deleted. And when they "reinstall" them, the Hub will download the copy to the former place.
If my guess is right, I have to say it's a bad idea. Your team should know that when users reinstall something, they probably get a problem which needs to be solved by initializing, and a copy of old files with the problem existed is not helpful.
