Fail to open CC4.4 and Iclone 8.4 after update them from CC4.33 and Ic 8.33.
If I update cc 4.33 or Ic 8.33, it is impossible to open the two software ON CC4 and Ic8.4. As I didnt cleanned the installers, I could reinstall them. Reallusion needs to dedicate more time to its members' complaints and never respond in a laconic way. I found that when I move forward to upgrade CC4.33 to CC4.40, as well as from Ic 8.33 to Ic8.440, both programs no longer open. Uninstalling from the HUB doesn't work. My procedure was to uninstall and reinstall by the old method, CC patch 401 to 433 and Ic patch 801 to 833. old, CC patch 401 to 433 and Ic patch 801 to 833. If I do update to CC 401 to 440 and Ic patch 801 to 8440 the BUG comes back. Surely there are one or more wrong command lines. You should not fail to warn what it entails to clean the installers. Please send me a solution.
