FBX From Rokoko...No Profile

Nothing worked...puzzled...Used with mesh as well...not in SS(21) used CC4 \ i8... Same error in both...I did notice iclone does not ask and Current Character is the only option...opened Character Profile manually... input profile... the one suggested...still no recognition...I used every profile variation I could...Mixamo Skeleton, Rokoko Newton, HumanIK....with mesh without mesh. Watched video links that you included...as mentioned I have already done this with success in i7 in other words I've done this before crazy number of times...somethings up and we'll get it straight...back in your court...I'm puzzled...Thanks Eazy
