According to your attached image, you're using version v8.2 not v8.21.
Please upgrade your AP to latest version via Reallusion Hub.

You can also set the comment as private.
Then, please capture a screen shot of your Reallusion Hub, cause we need to make sure what version of your iClone in your PC.
