I will find time to send a zip version of CC3 with log to help investigate. meanwhile, if you don't want to wait, maybe you can also uninstall only CC3 and pipeline from Windows control panel, and then install back from HUB. Hi, I tried to export in a short path so: D:/exportUSD/namefile.usd but nothing always the same problem at the 50% of export failed. It is so very strange this issue! is it possible that i need to reinstall all cc3 packs? I hope not because as in the image i have a lot software connect to cc3
Hi siesar.music, from your last video, the export path was something like "2020\XXX - XXX xxx\OOO\CC3+\OOO\YYY yyy yyy\F.usd" if you try a very simple path only with the alphabet and without space like "D:\Temp\F.usd" will it succeed? Weien Reallusion

Hi siesar.music, your case looks like the function failed even before export. 1) can you open your "programs and features" setting page, and look for "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x64)" ... if you have it, which version is it? -- reference "VC_runtime.png" - you can also open it by pressing Win + R ➔ type "control appwiz.cpl" ➔ enter 2) can yo open foldor "C:\users\ [your user name] \Appdata\Local\Reallusion\ and check "RLUsdStream.dll" exist? --- reference "localAppdataDll.png" - you can also open it by pressing Win + R ➔ type "%localappdata%\reallusion" ➔ enter thanks, Weien Reallusion
