Issue 9142
Error Message: The instruction at ... referenced memory at .... The memory could not be read.
Steps:
- Import via CC3+ Daz3D Character
- Create > Accessory
- Choose FBX file for hair

Result:
After those steps I get the error message as you can see in the attachment.
My Windows Virtual Memory is at 32GB.

Expected Result:
Accessory to load without CC4 crashing
OS: Windows 11

Unfortunately we can't reproduce the issue in your environment.
Could you please provide your fbx to let us check? Both Daz character and the accessory.
You can upload it to Google drive or other net drive and post the download link in your next comment, feel free to set it private if you want.
