Edit Pose Window Not Available
Edit pose window does not show, so unable to pose character with x mirror function. Come on Reallusion.......this has been an unresolved issue since I purchased CC4 almost 3 years ago. SO TIRED OF YOUR COMPANY. FYI, Headshot 2 sucks.

Neither suggestion works. To clarify, I’m talking about CC4, but I checked and also not showing in iClone. Also Face Key is not showing in iClone. 

Regarding Headshot, I use highly detailed meshes from Vface, similar to the ones in Scan Reality Pro.

Although there is a workaround, we hope to solve the problem from the root.So can you save IC8 current user registry to us?

Step1:
Press "Win + R" button on keyboard,then key "regedit".

Step2：
Copy & paste below path in Registry panel,then right-click on 8.0 folder,and choose "Export",save a registry file to us.
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reallusion\iClone\8.0

I see your picture seems to about Local Machine of registry, not Current User.You are not an isolated case, but some people have solved it through previous methods.

I have created a tool to help you delete it.Please download it and double-click,then launch CC.Thanks.

Sorry, this also does not work. Note, there is no Dialog Position shown in my folder hierarchy to begin with. Am I the only one with this problem?

Thank you for your response.I know you said CC4.There is also "Edit Pose" in IC8,just its name became "Edit Motion Layer".I guess IC won't be able to open this panel.Can you help me try another method?Because we
can't repeat it,so we need your help.We also really want to solve this problem.

Step1:
Press "Win + R" button on keyboard,then key "regedit".

Step2:Delete CC4 "Dialog Position" from this path
\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Reallusion\Character Creator\4.0\Dialog Position

Step3:
Launch CC4 and try it again.

Hi Molly,

The edit pose panel doesn’t open or show at all. So no access to Mirror posing, IK, or Keying Mode. I have reported this among other bugs several times, but no fix. Frustrating because many users have the same issues. Regarding Headshot, the quality is underwhelming. The level of detail it can capture is very low. The results are a mere resemblance of the original. You need to spend additional hours in an external software like Zbrush in order to get a model with surface details, and bake proper normal, cavity and displacement maps. And you need to buy Face Tools in order to use Zbrush to do what Headshot can’t.

Did you use multi-screens?If Yes,please try this two methods:
Method1:
Open Window menu in iClone,choose "Workspace > Standard"

If you still can't open panel,please try Method2.

Method2:
Please Open Computer Display settings,Multiple displays choose “Show only on 1”.

About Headshot,did you use photo to head or mesh to head?
