Downloaded file CTA5_Pipeline_Enu NOT a pipeline version
The file we downloaded to install CTA5 was called CTA5_Pipeline _Enu which would suggest the obvious. I note
that when I purchased CTA4 in 2019 the file I downloaded was called CTA4_Pipeline_Enu.

I must admit I am a little annoyed about the situation as I like to create my own actors, the packages I purchased in CTA4 for head creation etc no longer work in CTA5. I note that there is a package for an additional cost of $99.00 which I guess I might have to spend but I would have preferred to have known prior to purchasing CTA5.

I now believe that the move from CTA4 to 5 was probably not my best choice.

Is there going to be a version of CTA5 with the same assets as CTA4 for actor/character creation/modification ?

How do I install content packs if I have already purchased CTA5?

There is an import function for all your content from the CTA4 folders. It does work. Just add you folders to the Reallusion folder that corresponds to CTA5 in "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Reallusion Templates" and it will import the content on start up. Or you can add them to the Reallustion custom folder at "C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Reallusion Custom" and use the smart import feature in the custom window in the content manager. Simply navigate to the folder you would like to import from and hit import. Make sure that the absolute path file name is under 256 characters long though or you will need to try it again after renaming the files.
