Could you please add a default Frame Size and Output Format for video?

I always use HD 1080 (1920x1080) as the Frame Size and MP4 as the Format. I have to change this every time I create a new project.

I'm sure other users have their preferred settings too.

It would be great if I could set these as the default under Preferences, or perhaps add a Set as Default button under Render Settings.
