DRM on purchased Professional outfits content
Purchased the Professional outfits pack and Hottest hair style last week . Since then i have had the watermarks appear on 3 different occasions for no reason what so ever. Again tonight watermarks all over the screen for this content.

Also regarding the Professional outfits package the advertisement is misleading and a number of items in the pictures are not in the content you get.
Marketing for this product is a classic donkey and carrot trick. The outfits them self's are good but the realisation that you have to pay even more for what was advertised in the pictures leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Seems you have to read small print with every product on the store. Spent quite a bit of money on RL products the past few months. But after this experience i wont spend another dime Not going to pay money to be denied access to products i paid for and i dont see why i should have to waste my time with this frustrating nonsense .

Hi 

I reported this ticket under Iclone which is the program i used for these products when the watermark showed. Both CC and Iclone are installed to  V1.51.
Have activated my products online also getting watermarks on the Super VFX 200 package i paid for.  Iclone is blank i click on the products i mention  and the screen is full of watermarks.
There is nothing special i am doing .

The issue you mentioned can't be reproduced in our test environment, could you please provide more details to help verifying the exact problem?

1. What program were you applying while the full-screen watermark displayed? iClone, or Character Creator?

2. Please update the program to the latest version. We've just fixed a DRM bug and released it in the latest version of iClone and Character Creator.
After you launch the program, navigate to Menu > Help > Check for Update, then follow the instructions to update your iClone to v6.51 and Character Creator to v1.51.

3. It would be better if you could provide the steps to reproduce the issue, such as: what project did you apply, or what changes did you make, etc.

Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
