Hi rogyrue, For shared contents(e.g. Super VFX 200), user needs to sign in the program and using Downloader 2.17 to install for using the pack in offline. Whereas for others non-shared contents, the program must be the latest version, which CC1.51 & IC6.51 to resolve the watermark in offline. Also user needs to verify the 1st time use of the contents, can go Help > Content 1-Click Verification to ensure that all contents have been activated successfully before using them offline. Seems the problem is when i am not connected to the internet at work are outside etc. I prefer to keep the product but want to understand whyi am getting teh watermarks. Do i always need to be connected to the internet to use the products i paid for ,i dont recall seeing this information ? Thank you

Please login your member account, then download the RLD file of Super VFX 200 pack and reinstall it. Besides, we may need you provide further details for other two content packs. 1. Did you export iAvatar or iCloth file from Character Creator? 2. Did you import iAvatar or iCloth file that was previously exported from Character Creator to iClone? 3. If the answers for above questions are "Yes", could you please send the iAvatar or iCloth file to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com? 4.
