Custom sliders randomly not working - DRM Status Issue

On CC (tested on CC31 ,CC32 ,CC40) custom morph sliders randomly raise the following trouble:

Any custom slider is affected, two projects created the same day, one does show the below, the other does not using the same slider.
(1.ccproject does NOT, 2.ccproject does)

When loading a project a window pops up showing "DRM Status" "Pack Needed". Peter from the forum suggested
refreshing or updating sliders, nothing helps . Clicking Pack Slider or Pack all does not help either.
CC creates a .ccslider in a chosen folder. ( .ccsliders for custom sliders ??) Nothing else happens.

I assume this is a bug because with one project it happens, with another one not.

All RL Software has been installed in a custom path on drive D:

The missing slider is loacted under (See picture)

No, the location you mention on C: does not contain any sliders
