Hi steve_gill, Reset Database will refresh the content manager without deleting any files. If you are concerned, you can backup your custom files before proceeding. However, after resetting the database, the content of the previously installed templates will appear as uninstalled. Simply double-click to switch them back to the installed state without needing to download them again. Allen Reallusion
If I run the Reset Database Tool, will I lose all of the content I've added, including my own content?
Sorry, got caught up with other stuff. I will get the information to you shortly.
