Crash on Search.
I was searching for a prop under custom. CA5.33 .3821.1 suddenly started trying to sync content, reported that a folder already existed, and then went into an infinite loop, ie. each time I closed the dialog it would be displayed again. Please refer to attached screenshot.

Hi steve_gill,

Reset Database will refresh the content manager without deleting any files. If you are concerned, you can backup your custom files before proceeding. However, after resetting the database, the content of the previously installed templates will appear as uninstalled. Simply double-click to switch them back to the installed state without needing to download them again.

If I run the Reset Database Tool, will I lose all of the content I've added, including my own content?

You can try the following methods to see if they solve your problem.
1) In Smart Content Manager, right-clicking on the "Refresh" button & select "ResetMetaData", to see whether this helps?  

2) If not, run the Reset Database Tool to check: -

If the problem persists, we need the following to check: -
1) Running the "Debug View" and start CTA.
  * The Debug View can get from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/debugview

Send the full screenshot of the error code and also the log (in zip format) from Debug View to us for investigation.

2) We also provide you with a tool to collect your system information as a file. After the file is generated, just provide it to us (for the PC user): -

3) Compress the CMS folder into a .zip file & send it to us.

Important: Duplicate \CMS folder first & zip up the "duplicate" folder.
