Copy Facial Profile with custom sliders to another Character doesnt work
Hi!

I've created a facial profile for one character, and used the FBX File Batch import option to import 50 custom blendshapes, and used those to create the CC4 Standard expressions and assigned them. Now the character works perfectly with all iClone stuff, great!

Now I have a nother custom character with the exact same 50 custom blendshapes, but I dont want to assign them all again to the CC4 standard expressions. I tried to save the facial profile from the first one and add it to the second character but it says its not compatible with this character.

Any thoughts?

Hi niels,

If you want to use the same Facial Profile for all the characters you make, make sure that the mesh data of each character are consistent. The attached picture shows two characters. It can be seen that the mesh data are different (triangles, quads, the number of vertex and faces, and vertex IDs are different), so they cannot use the same Facial Profile.
