hello! I'm having serious trouble with 3dxchange! I'm importing a model used by Daz gen3 and gen8. When prompted it asks if I would like to convert to a non standard talking character and I click yes. than after it loads, the non standard button is highlighted and the facial expression key cannot be used!
I don't understand what's wrong. The other night It worked just fine with the same model, but then it just doesn't want to work anymore >_> Seriously I love iclone and Daz but there has to be a way for this error or bug or whatever it is to be fixed.

It works in my computer.
Please provide FBX file to help us identify the problem. Attach the file in your next comment. If the file size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
You can use Private Comment if you want to keep it private.
